Description
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic 29-amino-acid GHRH analog with four amino-acid substitutions that increase resistance to enzymatic degradation. Peptide Partners supplies CJC-1295 no DAC in 10mg vials for laboratory research into GHRH-receptor pharmacology and analytical detection.

This study characterized the in-vitro metabolism of four synthetic GHRH analogs, including CJC-1295, in fortified human urine, identifying nineteen major metabolites and developing an LC-MS/MS method with detection limits of 1 ng/mL or lower.
Human Growth Hormone-Releasing Factor (hGRF)1–29-Albumin Bioconjugates Activate the GRF Receptor on the Anterior Pituitary in Rats: Identification of CJC-1295 as a Long-Lasting GRF Analog
Authors: Lucie Jetté, Roger Léger, Karen Thibaudeau, Corinne Benquet, Martin Robitaille, Isabelle Pellerin, Véronique Paradis, Pieter van Wyk, Khan Pham, Dominique P. Bridon

Three maleimido derivatives of hGRF(1-29), including CJC-1295, were studied in vitro. When conjugated to human serum albumin they showed increased stability against DPP-IV and remained bioactive in a rat anterior pituitary cell GH-secretion assay.
